Dear Vendors,

We are so excited as we head into our Fall Market this Saturday, October 5th from 10–3! We’d love for you to stop by, support your fellow artisans, eat some great food and take part in the fun. If you’re able, feel free to stand by your booth inside to connect with customers—it always makes such a difference.

A few reminders as we move into this special season:

1. Fall Market – This Saturday from 10–3. Please try to attend and support the market!
2. Stocking Your Booths – The holiday shopping season has officially begun! A full and well-stocked booth always attracts more buyers than one that looks half empty, so please keep yours refreshed.
3. Christmas Decorating – On Monday, November 3rd, our staff will begin decorating for Christmas. We’ll have two trees up front, and you are welcome to hang some of your ornaments on them. Be sure to also have ornaments available in your booth—customers love them, especially for ornament exchanges.
4. Booth Holiday Spirit – We encourage you to decorate your booth for the holidays, even if it’s just a little garland or festive touch. It truly helps bring customers get into the holiday shopping spirit.
5. Tidying Booths – When you bring in product, please take a few minutes to sweep or tidy your booth space. This is the vendor’s responsibility and helps us keep Coconut Barrel looking beautiful for all.
6. Indoor Market & Food Drive – On Saturday, November 15th, we’ll host One Market, One Community – Giving Back. Along with an Indoor Market, we’re collecting food donations for the St. Johns Food Pantry, which is especially in need this year. We’d love for our vendors to join us in supporting this effort—together, we can make a real difference for families this Thanksgiving season. You can find a list of suggested items on our website under the event posting.
7. Black Friday Tradition – Every year on Black Friday, we gift ornaments from our vendors to customers with their purchases. If you’d like to participate, please email me at coconutbarrel@gmail.com with how many ornaments you’d like to contribute. Please have them gift-ready in a small festive bag (Dollar Tree has great ones!) and bring them to the front desk by Wednesday, November 26th.
